BingoPlus Terms and Conditions

Any attempt to withdraw funds that were obtained through fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these terms will result in the withdrawal being declined and the account being reviewed. BingoPlus is committed to processing legitimate withdrawal requests efficiently and fairly for all Filipino players on the platform.

Any form of fraudulent activity on the BingoPlus platform is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action. This includes, but is not limited to, using stolen payment credentials, attempting to manipulate game outcomes, colluding with other players, exploiting software errors or vulnerabilities, and engaging in any form of money laundering through the platform. BingoPlus employs monitoring systems to detect suspicious transaction patterns and unusual account behaviour, and all flagged cases are reviewed thoroughly. Players found to have engaged in prohibited financial activity will have their accounts permanently closed and any funds held may be withheld pending investigation. If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, you are required to report it to BingoPlus support immediately.

Nothing in these terms limits BingoPlus's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
